This was my first ever car buying experience. Ales explained everything involved in turning in my X-5 that was coming off lease, and then leasing a new X-3 BMW. I had so many questions and he answered all of them, many times twice, and always with the utmost patience and respect. His experience, confidence, and knowledge made trading cars that day less scary and even pleasant. I can highly recommend Ales if you’re thinking about buying or leasing a BMW. More

I've had terrible experiences with dealerships in the past - I'm a woman who looks young and while shopping for my last vehicle I had salesmen who wouldn't even approach me as I obviously looked interest past - I'm a woman who looks young and while shopping for my last vehicle I had salesmen who wouldn't even approach me as I obviously looked interested while on their lot! Needless to say, the experience with Ales was 180 degrees from that - he was a consummate professional, and an all around interesting person. I thoroughly enjoyed the dealership experience at BMW of Raleigh with Ales, which is something I NEVER expected to say. Even other salesmen at BMW dealers in the area were not as responsive, helpful, or engaging as dealing with Ales. Cannot recommend enough if you're in the market for a BMW. More

Ales Olecky was excellent to work with. He was organized and friendly and no pressure to buy. We ordered our car and then it got caught in the recall. Ales didn’t hesitate to order another one for us at our request because he knew that the recall repair might take a long time. We received our newly ordered car in timely fashion. Ales was great at explaining our features and encouraged us to call with any questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a BMW in Raleigh. More

Sometimes A Less is more. ...sorry for the bad pun but Ales is a terrific representative of the Raleigh BMW.
