Extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. The condition of the vehicle was an issue, but it was far from the only issue. We traveled a considerable distance to see the vehicle, yet Corey Blake, the salesperson, acted as though accommodating us was some kind of favor. That attitude was completely unnecessary and left a very poor impression. After looking more closely at the vehicle’s photos on CarGurus, I noticed that the vehicle had clearly been detailed at some point, with another company’s logo visible in the background of the photos. I’m not suggesting the dealership performed the detailing. However, seeing the vehicle previously presented in a much cleaner condition made the condition we encountered at the dealership even more disappointing and raised questions about how thoroughly it had been prepared for sale. I expressed my concerns to management, but the response did not address the full scope of what went wrong. I wasn’t looking for anyone to “fix” the situation for me—I simply wanted the concerns to be acknowledged honestly. At this point, I have no intention of returning to this dealership or recommending it to others. The condition of the vehicle was only part of the problem.
