Absolutely the BEST experience for purchasing a new car. Jacob was outstanding. Financing was seamless. I have 2 Subaru dealerships with 25 minutes from where I work and live. Making the 1 and 1/2 hour trip Jacob was outstanding. Financing was seamless. I have 2 Subaru dealerships with 25 minutes from where I work and live. Our salesman, Alberto Espitia, was friendly, knowledge and very helpful. He answered all our questions before and after the sale. He was never "pushy" and has continued to follow up with us for addition and very helpful. He answered all our questions before and after the sale. However, the financial person (don't remember his name) was very rude and had a bad attitude which worsened every time after we informed him we did not want to purchase additional insurance. We would return to this dealership in the future, but would never work wih him again. More
