Albert made sure we had thorough test drives to experience all the options on the vehicles, such as turning radius, back up camera, etc. Lambert in finance was detailed in explaining the contract and we didn't feel pressured to buy any of the warranty/service options. I believe we received a good deal on the Pilot we purchased and a reasonable price for our trade in. Overall, this is one of the better car purchase experiences I've had. More

I recently purchased a new 2013 Pilot from Albert and Stu, and the whole experience was pleasant and painless. Of course, this is what I expected, since this is the third new car in two years that I hav Stu, and the whole experience was pleasant and painless. Of course, this is what I expected, since this is the third new car in two years that I have purchased from First Honda. I knew when the need arose for another new car that I would be going to see Albert again. In fact, they didn’t even have the car I wanted, but I still went there and told them what I was willing to pay to keep the money with them, with First Honda, and with the City of Simi Valley. They found the car for me at another area dealer (I helped them with that part a little by telling them who had it based on my own research). While we finished the paperwork, the car drove onto the lot and was detailed for me. I would highly recommend buying a new car from these guys, because they will be very accommodating and helpful to you in getting what you want and need. Albert is a very knowledgable and straightforward individual. Stu knows his stuff about the busineess, can make things happen, and is a pleausre to deal with. As my three kids reach driving age in the next few years, where do you think I will be looking to buy their cars? More

As a father of a 1.5 yr old toddler its tough to spend hours at a dealership in the evenings. Even though we could not come to an agreement on the 1st visit.
