We were in the market for a car and did not want to be sold or pressued by any salesman. We were introduced to Albert and he showed us around answering all our questioins and did not once did he try to co sold or pressued by any salesman. The sales representative was very friendly and helpful with choosing a new car. He did not pressure us to buy a more expensive car or add options we did not want and/or liked. He made suggestions on wha with choosing a new car. He did not pressure us to buy a more expensive car or add options we did not want and/or liked. He made suggestions on what is available but added no pressure when we declined the additional option. I felt being informed about the car and was able to make a decision about which car to buy. After leaving the dealership to look at other cars, the sales representative followed up with a phone call one or two days later, asking if we were still interested in the car. We came back a week later, agreed on the price and finalized the purchase. There was some discussion back-and-forth on the price, but at the end we found a deal that satisfied both, the seller and the buyer. Again, there was no pressure to add options and/or dealer installed features during the price negotiations. The dealership presented what was available to purchase the car (financing, credit cards, cash, insurance etc.) and they accepted our choices. The purchasing experience was pleasant because I did not feel pressured to accept a deal with which I would not be happy. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and will come back when I need a new car. More

The Sales Manager Joe Vece was efficient, courteous and did not apply any pressure. Albert Rodriguez, our Sales Consultant was friendly, patient and respectful. Lambert in finance was also very helpful and gave simple yet excellent explanations regarding payments and the benefits of a warranty. Nik Kapur another Sales Consultant took us for a test drive on a Tuesday evening discussing with us available options and features before our purchase on the Saturday of the same week. We got all the accessories we asked for without any glitches. The vehicle had been washed, had a full tank of gas, and was ready for us to drive away in when we arrived. They worked to stay within our budget, yet we came away feeling very satisfied with our new purchase. Ultimately, we were completely satisfied with the service, staff assistance and the new 2013 Honda Civic that we drove off the lot in. We would highly recommend First Honda in Simi Valley, CA to anyone thinking about buying a vehicle. We will be back again for another new Honda one day. More

Was not really looking for a new car as I leased a Honda Civic in 2012 from Albert Rodriguez. Mr. Rodriguez called me several times over the past month inquiring if I would be interested in looking at the Civic in 2012 from Albert Rodriguez. Mr. Rodriguez called me several times over the past month inquiring if I would be interested in looking at the new Accord. I am very busy with work and Mr. Rodriguez continued to call very graciously until I visited the dealership. I test drove the Accord and was very impressed with the vehicle. I just thought I was not ready to move into a new car so soon. Mr. Rodriguez continued over the next two weeks to call and offer his assistance in trading in the Civic for the Accord. I finally decided to drop by and see what deal could be arranged. After going over the numbers and the recommendation to purchase instead of leasing coupled with his kindness for myself and my wife, I decided to trade in the Civic for the Accord. The Accord is fully loaded and I feel Mr. Rodriguez was very helpful in securing this deal. Myself and my wife are extremely happy and satisfied in the deal we received from Mr. Rodriguez and 1st Honda. More
