Great service from a great team! My experience at First Street Honda was great. I went there yesterday to look at a car my wife saw and was greeted in a very friendly manner. The sa My experience at First Street Honda was great. I went there yesterday to look at a car my wife saw and was greeted in a very friendly manner. The salesman showed me the vehicle without any pressure and when I wanted to see other vehicles he was happy to oblige. I saw a CRV I liked better than the one she saw and we took it for a drive. He was very knowledgeable, open and genuinely cared that I got all of my questions answered. When I said I wanted to think it over until the next day, there was no pressure from him to "get the deal done" but rather gave me his card along with the Car Facts sheet. I went back today with my wife and was greeted with the same consistent kindness. Another test drive, a thorough discussion about warranty, a credit check and we were driving home in her new CRV. Thank you Albert Rodriguez and the First Honda team for your kindness, professionalism and excellent customer service! More
