Have purchased several cars from Faulkner and since Tim Gallen left, Alan has been the sales person I seek out all the time. His honest approach is very refreshing, and for some unknown reason I like him. First time I met Bill, but was great. answered all questions and was very efficient in is position.. and I liked the coffee. More

Great experience - Easy I worked with Alan, starting by email even before visiting the dealer. Alan has always been patient and professional, both before and at the dealer on I worked with Alan, starting by email even before visiting the dealer. Alan has always been patient and professional, both before and at the dealer on the day of the sale. He has always been enthusiast and happy to answer my questions, without being pushy. I was prepared, but regardless, it was easy and not stressful at all to deal with Alan, thanks to his professionalism, and also with Bill in finance. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase, but also with the whole process: this was my first car from a dealer, and it was way easier than I thought. Price was great too! Overall I would definitely recommend Faulkner Toyota, as well as Alan and Bill. More

Thanks to my husband Tim who supported me and calmed me down and helped me make the best decision for us. I wouldn’t buy a car anywhere else. Thanks Team Toyota for making this happen! More
