Born in Peoria IL and relocated to Cedar Rapids in 97’ with my wife Myrna, we started our family. Jasmine is now 26 and Jacob is 19 so you can imagine never a dull moment at our house. For pets, I have 2 aquatic turtles that beg for food whenever I am near the 55 gal tank that is stocked with several oversized Goldfish that now resemble Koi. My other pastime pleasure is cooking and thanks to my very thoughtful wife Myrna who bought me a smoker, I have acquired a love for smoked meats adding a layer to my waist line if you know what I mean. I have always been focused on taking care of customers and the last 19+ years I have spent in the car industry working on this 1 customer at a time. I take pride in having the privilege of running our internet team and being able to change the perception of how easy and hassle free a car buying experience can really be. A big THANK YOU to all my past customers and look forward to assisting all the future ones.

2016 Toyota Tacoma Working with Alan has been wonderful. The local Toyota dealer (Cedar Falls) was being very difficult. I gave them my information 4 times and no one ever called me back. I contacted Alan on a "whim." He surprised with his knowledge of the vehicle. Alan advised me even though my vehicle will be hard to find as it is rare, he will not stop until I get it. I believe Alan loves what he does, he was almost as excited as me. Alan went above and beyond to get the exact truck I wanted. He left no stone un-turned. Once receiving my vehicle he made the process quick and easy. This is the first time the process did not take all day long. Alan is the type of car dealer that will have a loyal following. I am a bit of a Toyota faithful and guarantee the next time I purchase a vehicle whether new or used this will be my first contact. Great to deal with, easy buying experience! I'm from the Cedar Rapids area and have dealt with Cedar Rapids Toyota before. I now live in St Louis and have family still in the Cedar Rapids area. I'm from the Cedar Rapids area and have dealt with Cedar Rapids Toyota before. I now live in St Louis and have family still in the Cedar Rapids area. When my mother in law called me to ask where to go to look for a vehicle we sent her to Cedar Rapids Toyota to deal with Alan. Her experience was great and she was able to get into a vehicle that she liked and is very excited about. In talking with her she was happy with how she was treated by Alan and the staff at Cedar Rapids Toyota. It was nice to have a place to send her that I would have to worry about how she would be treated. I knew she was in good hands and Alan proved me right! Which we very much appreciated. Alan also did a great job finding us a car equipped exactly as we wanted it with the right color. Curt Wiedemeier was also excellent to deal with. He made the paperwork process pretty much painless as well as provided sound advice on options that did and didn't make sense for our situation. We also appreciated Curt's sense of humor. Overall, our recent purchase of a 2016 Camry was probably the best car buying experience we've had. More
