My family came in to Inskeep to test drive a Ford focus station wagon. It was one of about a half-dozen on our list to test drive. Alan met us as we were driving around the building. Alan was very professional in dealing with my husband, son, and myself. He was extremely helpful with information on the vehicle we were looking at and even let our son test drive it. When we couldn't reach a deal on the day we were in to buy, he worked extra hard to get us the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted to pay and called us the next day. We went in, signed the papers and drove it home. We are extremely happy about the time and effort he put in for us and made us feel like our business was appreciated at Inskeep Ford. By chance we stopped by Inskeep to look around, having an Escape in mind. Alan King greeted us and we ended up test driving a 2012. He was very informative and there was no pressure from him to buy. The one constant in shopping for a car for us is that if we have a salesman that is very persistent, we make sure we don't ask for him again. Alan and Mark Craft worked with us on our trade and we did make some swaps on equipment for our new Escape. Even the service personnel were very good to work with, as we had backup sensors added. I went in for an oil change and decided to walk around the lot to just look. Alan King came out right away to greet me. I wasn't in the market to buy, but Alan turned me into a buyer. After test driving the Escape, I couldn't resist it. Patrick Dunn assisted in the sale. Both were very honest and dedicated to getting the numbers to where they needed to be for me financially. The morning that I was going to go out to Inskeep to work out a deal, I had a few errands to run first. While running errands, my tire blew on my vehicle that I was getting ready to trade in. I called Pat and he was there in 10 minutes and changed the tire at no cost. I was very grateful!!! After repairing the tire, I came back to Inskeep to work out a deal. Pat and Alan gave me a better deal than I could have ever imagined! I couldn't be happier! I will forever remain a loyal customer to Inskeep Ford. I have told many friends and family members of the excellent service I was given. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Inskeep. My husband also purchases from Inskeep. I have always received excellent service from the Service Department, and the salesman have always been very pleasant to deal with. Alan King and Patrick Dunn went above and beyond with my sale. Our family has been long time clients of Inskeep. We have leased 2 vehicles, purchased 1 used car for our daughter, 3 or 4 new cars and now a Pre-Owned Certified car. My husband was given an Escape to drive when his truck was being fixed for hail damage and decided that he would purchase an Escape. Now we are handing that Escape down to our daughter and have purchased a Pre-Owned Escape. Alan was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
