Went in for regular service on my PriusV and came out with a new RAV4 hybrid. I had been thinking about a new car so I decided to check out their stock and they ended up having the exact car I wanted wit with a new RAV4 hybrid. I had been thinking about a new car so I decided to check out their stock and they ended up having the exact car I wanted with the features and color I was looking for. The price was in my range and all of the staff at the dealership were top notch so I went ahead with the trade. Working with "Hoov" to make the car purchase was easy and I was able to drive away with my new car the same day. There was no pressure and the buying experience was genuinely enjoyable. I would highly recommend Alan Hoover and this dealership to anyone. More

The service department directed me to Alan Hoover when I asked if Toyota had any all-electric cars. Alan showed me the car and answered all my questions. When I brought my wife back the next day to test dr asked if Toyota had any all-electric cars. Alan showed me the car and answered all my questions. When I brought my wife back the next day to test drive it, he answered all of her questions. He got us a great deal on the lease. We are completely satisfied. More
