I reached out initially while I was browsing/researching a 3rd row SUV. Aladdin took the time to show me the vehicle I was interested in, even though I told him up front that I would not be purchasing for a a 3rd row SUV. At other dealerships, this fact alone immediately moved me to the back burner, and I was not a priority. However, Aladdin and the rest of the team at Gates Nissan did not let that deter them from being accessible and helpful in my shopping process. Great team, very professional and friendly. More
