BUYER'S BEWARE! The actual "buying" experience was awesome. Al was great. However, BUYER BEWARE!! We realized that THREE different sets of lights on the truck didn' The actual "buying" experience was awesome. Al was great. However, BUYER BEWARE!! We realized that THREE different sets of lights on the truck didn't work and the rear defrost didn't work after we drove it off the lot. Also, we were told that the combination to the safe that is located in the console was "in the paperwork in the glove box." They had us drive back so they could look at it and claimed the lighting issue was "bad bulbs". (The lights would work sometimes and not work other times so it is a wiring issue.) They CLAIMED they were going to order new bulbs for 2 of the 3 areas they were out and then contact us. We haven't heard from them in over a month!! I called to inquire about what they were going to do about the bulbs and the rear defrost and am still waiting for a reply. Also, I asked how we could get the combination for the safe and was given no assistance or direction. If you are looking for a vehicle sale that is smooth, go here BUT be sure to check EVERYTHING yourself instead of believing what they write on their sales sheet! IF you are looking for people who care about you after they get over $32,000 for a used vehicle, LOOK ELSEWHERE!! More
