It has always felt like a partnership when buying from Al. He is your advocate when interacting with the dealership. You get the feeling that he is working for you and not Heiser Toyota. Our 20 year experience interacting with Heiser has always been a pleasant experience from purchasing to service. Everyone is super friendly. Of course there is always room for tweaking the process. In the past, I always felt that Heiser was interested in getting me the best interest rate possible and I would like to believe that this was the case with my latest purchase. The financial officer showed to me the finance rate without any discussion of the rate or what I thought of the rate, but rather the discussion centered around adding various extended warranties for an additional fee. Usually when I buy a car, I do with as little time possible to sit down with dealer representatives and Shahat made sure I was out in a timely matter, which was greatly appreciated. More
