Great service! I ordered the Ford Edge ST from the factory through Windward Ford and was one of the first in the state to get one. No other Ford dealership in Honol I ordered the Ford Edge ST from the factory through Windward Ford and was one of the first in the state to get one. No other Ford dealership in Honolulu would do that for me. Al Davis and the rest of the team got me the car I wanted at a fair price. More

Helpful altho it took 3 hours for the oil change. The service rep. was very helpful and explained about the things the mechanic had gone over. Of course, up to two years prior, my late husband( a retired Ford Service Manager in Anchorage, Ak.) had dealt with the mechanics and reps. but now I am the only owner of our Ford Fusion. More

Even though I was delayed by not knowing the route Lililike highway, they were kind enough to help me get to the shop and they took me to my doctor;s appointment, My car was taken care of and cleane Lililike highway, they were kind enough to help me get to the shop and they took me to my doctor;s appointment, My car was taken care of and cleaned and I was able to drive home before the afternoon rush of cars going home.
