I have been a loyal customer to Toyota for over 12+years, but I can only speak of one staff member, Akin Dixon , during those years. He is what I call Toyota’s service advisor extraordinaire. Akin has alway but I can only speak of one staff member, Akin Dixon , during those years. He is what I call Toyota’s service advisor extraordinaire. Akin has always been my service advisor and when he transferred to Valley Stream, I followed! All I have to say is, if my car shakes, and I do get nervous on certain movement of my vehicle, I call on my advisor extraordinaire and he will schedule my appointments and will do a thorough check to let me know what is needed. He has never steered me wrong, and I will always trust his judgment. He is also the advisor for my son’s vehicle. If Toyota loses Akin, they will be losing my family also! keep up the good work, Mr. Dixon! Five stars for Mr. Dixon!!! More
