After the test drive, I wasn't left waiting at the desk or needing to go back and forth between the Sales Manager & Mike...we found an agreeable price and made a fair deal...they even went the extra mile and provided me more on my trade-in to help me get out of the door at an agreeable amount. Ajay was fast, efficient, and just informative enough to let me know everything I was putting a signature on...he was definitely organized and fast, but didn't huff when I took the time to read through the contracts. While I'm sure I could have spent hours and days hunting for a similar car at a couple of hundred dollars cheaper, I was very pleased with my overall experience and would recommend this dealership to anybody in the market, especially if they're sick of unprofessional salespeople. Unlike two other dealerships Mike did not pass me off to someone else when I mentioned I was interested in a certified preowned vehicle. The experience was excellent from start to finish. I purchased my CRV on the same day I visited Clinton Honda. Mike reviewed the CRV with me, set up my phone, and took the necessary time to answer all my questions. He also backed that up with "Call or stop in if you have any other questions". I have already passed on Mike's card to a couple of friends who are car shopping. A very positive experience.
