From the first minute I spoke to Joe, I felt like him and I were on the same page and he was completely working for me. I would recommend both him and the dealership, and am looking forward to a continuing relationship.We had intended to go to another dealer after Clinton, but because of Joe, we decided to buy on the spot. We were amazed that we were able to drive home with our new Odyssey the same day!! Ajay Sharma, who talked to us about extended warranty, was also very helpful and understanding, and not pushy like I experienced at other dealers. Your service manager, although we did not speak to him, took care of all of our concerns on the spot. The showroom was very clean, the receptionists were very nice, the selection was good. As I was leaving, I was looking to say goodbye to Joe, and one of the managers, who was in a meeting with two others, asked if I needed help. That shows the dealership believes in customer service. Overall it was a very good experience, and my wife love the safety features on the new 2014 Odyssey, just as Joe said we would. The one card I did not have too lay on the table was I worked in this business for quite a few years with Cadillac I myself being an mark of excellence sales associate would be able too sense the typical sales pitch and bullcrap .... But not at clinton honda !!! If your in the market for a vehicle start and finish with clinton !! Ask for Charles B you def won't be disappointed !! My wife and I were having both our cars serviced and I looked at the 2014 CRV. I asked Steven Stosko to give me a price and the next thing I was signing on for a new car. The 2014 is the third vehicle my wife and I have purchased at Clinton Honda and I suspect we will be buying there again in the future. Everyone we have dealt with at the dealership, the people at the service desk, reception and sales have always been helpful and friendly. The one thing I apprciate is there is no pressure, no hard sell, buying a car is such a major financial decision and the people at the dealership help make the experience a positive one. More
