Ahmed was attentive, well dressed, friendly, informative, and very, very thorough with the paperwork. He walked us through each step, explaining and ensuring we understood everything. We had the upmost confidence that there were no mistakes in any of the paperwork. Phil professionally explained our financing and service options. There were no "pushiness" or games of "let me talk to my manager". The transfer/purchase was done efficiently but yet everyone took their time to ensure all questions were answered. In dealing with other car dealerships in the past we have either felt we need to take mega doses of Tylenol or a shower because of the "slimey" behavior of the employees.
