I saw a truck that caught my eye when shopping online, it was at Jim’s lot so I gave him a call, within 48 hours my new truck was DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE hours away from his dealership. Their courteous, patience, diligence and immense wealth of informaton (that addressed my questions and concerns) helped greatly make my dealership. Even while on the road back to my home (a good 136 miles with very heavy downpour all the way home), they were still available to explain and guide me further regarding the vehicle's instrument cluster (its manipulation) and the meaning of each symbol as they appeared.
