Great Service I had a great experience working with Derek today. I knew what I wanted in a vehicle and he was able to work with me and get me into a nicer newer veh I had a great experience working with Derek today. I knew what I wanted in a vehicle and he was able to work with me and get me into a nicer newer vehicle that I would’ve imagined. Very honest and friendly staff that really worked with me on an affordable monthly payment and was not “pushy” at all in making me feel pressured into a big decision. Adriana took the time to go over all the new buttons and whistles that my car offered and made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable with my onstar, Bluetooth, radio, etc before leaving the lot. Unfortunately I didn’t get a card from finance but I believe it was Jon who went over warranties and getting me a low monthly payment. He was very patient and thorough and was a huge help in getting me into my new vehicle. I went to a few different car lots before visiting here and was highly impressed with the sales teams compared to any other. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle in the future. More

From the moment I walked in, met w/Audry Kimberling (Sales), met w/Jackie Black (Finance) and met w/Adriana Burton (Delivery Coordinator). Audry listened and provided me with multiple options. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding the SUV's I looked at. In my opinion he went above & beyond. Once I made the decision on the Encore, Jackie stepped in for the 'dreaded' paperwork. Oh my how times have changed, 'dreaded' turned into a 'wow' factor and it was completed in the blink of an eye! Adriana is the bomb when it comes to going over all the features of my new SUV. She is extremely patient and also had answers for all of my questions. It really hit me later in the evening when I was reflecting upon my experience with HRB, I couldn’t have asked for anything better.
