OUTSTANDING in all respects Met James Durham on a Sunday while "just looking" as our car had been totaled in a flood. Selected a new Buick to purchase without back and forth, half-day haggling and was handed off to Pam Thompson to finalize our paperwork, which was uneventful and highly organized, really liked the electronic desk paperwork. Very 21st Century. When we picked up the car two days later, Adriana Burton took us through all aspects of the new car to insure we understood all thee bells and whistles on the car (and there are many). It was amazing how well she knew all aspects of this vehicle. My wife and I highly recommend Harry Robinson for all your Buick and GMC needs from sales, to service and even body shop (which is also FANTASTIC by the way). More

Easy and painless car buying. We live in TX and couldn't find the car we wanted locally. We found the car we wanted online at Harry Robinson Buick. Misti Dodd helped us with our offer over the phone and it was nailed down before we made the five hour drive to get the car. When we arrived the car was ready and waiting for us and Rodney Jackson met us at the door. He finished up our paperwork along with Saralinna Wilson and they passed us off to Pam Thompson for the completion of our purchase. Pam Thompson walked us through everything and even answered questions for us the following day, after our purchase. Adriana Burton educated us on our new car and got everything set up for us to make the transition simple. Everyone we worked with was very professional and knowledgable about the process and the vehicle we were purchasing. We drove home with our 2020 Buick Enclave after a very pleasant experience at Harry Robinson Buick. More
