You turn it over to a man like ken who clearly has his focus on profit. Will leave a poor taste in memory. Ken fueled me with false and bad information to try to pressure me into a poor decision. I was able to avoid his poor tactics only recognizing his eagerness to push deals on me. My advice is coaching him instead of unleashing him to customers. More
