Wether they are servicing an Audi I already own, or I am purchasing a new one, it’s never a stressful experience for me because I never experience any downtime. When my car is in the shop, I am still driving an Audi (loaner), which is a huge plus. This purchase was not simple because I was trading-in my 2014 A5 for a 2021 A5 S, but this time I wanted additional features. Laris took note, and then took care of everything. The trade-in value was what I hoped it would be, the ceramic coating looks phenomenal, and the final registration and car keys presentation in an Audi box were a nice touch.
