Kathleen was extremely knowledgable and took the time to listen to me as I was expressing what I was looking for in a car. Kathleen Knew I was trying out many different SUV's from several dealerships such as BMW of Sudbury and Mercedez of Natick. Kathleen was considerate of my time and allowed me the opportunity to explore these other brands. Although I did not purchase the Audi Q7 Kathleen Hutchinson and the GM remained positive and courteous with me. The dealership was in no way the reason I chose a different brand. I was very cautious buying an Audi mainly due to the VW press reports and the long term reliability of VW and Audi. I chose to purchase an 2017 Acura MDX mainly because I just came out of an 07 Honda Pilot with 210,000 miles which I gave to my son. The ten years I owned my Pilot were trouble free and I'm confident my son is now driving a safe reliable car which I anticipate he'll get many additional years out of.. So in summary I chose not to buy an Audi due to the corporate mindset and the misleading fraudulent behaviors of the company as well as the poor reliability after 60,000 miles which would have cost large amounts of my money. More

Two Holes In One! This is the second S8 that I leased from Herb Chambers Burlington Audi with Brendan Leary serving as my Sales Advisor. Now I would be very happy with This is the second S8 that I leased from Herb Chambers Burlington Audi with Brendan Leary serving as my Sales Advisor. Now I would be very happy with a single Hole in One, but Brendan knocked it out of the park this time again with outstanding service. Brendan put me in a 2016 S8 Plus and delivered it to my office in less than 48 hours! The car was ready to go, Brendan got to my office early and changed the plates and then carefully removed my Boston Parking Decal perfectly so it could be re-used. I also want to mention the great help from Adnan and Nick who have to be the best Auto Dealership management with whom Ive worked. Great job Brendan - and thanks! More

Awful Customer Service from Adnan Terrible experience when I had an issue with the car. Leasing experience was good but I received awful customer service from Adnan Sheovic the general manager. Adnan didn't return my email and when I called he was rude. A follow up to my email or a phone call would have gone a long way. FYI if you're thinking of buying/leasing an Audi, bank on any repairs taking months because the parts are slow to arrive. I wasn't the only person waiting over a month to get my Audi back. More

Adnan Sehovic runs a truly amazing operation, from the time you purchase I am now on my third Audi, all of which I have purchased at Audi Burlington. Adnan Sehovic runs a truly amazing operation, from the time you purchase a car, to when you bring it in for a service. He is one of Audis and Herb Chambers biggest assets. Audi Burlington makes car buying a true experience and cares about their customers. Peter Matton has sold me all three of my Audis, and is a breath of fresh air when it comes to his knowledge, passion, and expertise of both Audi and the auto industry. Jeff Buchholz is my go to when it comes to bringing my car in for service. He gets the job done and is always on the ball. When I bring my car in for service I will only work with Jeff and am always taken care of, he is quick, attentive, and always follows up after you pick up your car. More

The Best Car Buying Experience - Ever I was one of the folks living with the TDI uncertainties (2014 Audi A8L TDI) and had chanced upon discussiing my issues with the Audi Burlington Team I was one of the folks living with the TDI uncertainties (2014 Audi A8L TDI) and had chanced upon discussiing my issues with the Audi Burlington Team while I was there for a regular service. Audi Burlinbgton is run by a group of individuals who will go beyond any expectations that I have from any Car Dealership. My problem was immediately their problem and the whole team (From the General Manager Adnan to the Sales team (Josh / Nick / Peter) to the finance team (Shawn) to the service team (Cindy) were collaborating to help me out with my situation of owning the TDI. A8L. Long story short, I went in to service my 2014 A8L TDI and I walked out with a 2016 A8L 4.0 Gas version. Audi Burlington team has won me over for rest of my car purchasing life. A++++ What can I say other than the fact that Adnan, Jonathan, Brendan, and Nitra are one amazing team. How else could I explain buying a new car on Novembe What can I say other than the fact that Adnan, Jonathan, Brendan, and Nitra are one amazing team. How else could I explain buying a new car on November 16, and then just a few months later on February 4 buy another new car? From Adnan's leadership, to Nitra's attentiveness, to Jonathan's massive collaborative effort, and concluding with Brendan's delivery of my car - my experience has been outstanding and my car purchase an absolute dream come true. Now, let's talk about the delivery. Brendan's fervor, attention to detail, and first rate concern for all aspects of my purchase experience is barnone the most enthusiastic and joyful of my car purchases (of which this is my 30th car purchase). Brendan has been a "go to guy" with whom I felt fully comfortable trusting in, getting anything that I needed done, and ultimately sharing in my "12-year old boy buys a supercar" dream come true.
