This does sound like an unfortunate situation and we apologize for any frustration this caused. Our goal is not to upset customers for any reason, it is not good business and it is not what has kept us in business for nearly 70 years. This is a situation that we certainly wish could have been avoided. For reference, it is not uncommon for select parts to have to be pre-ordered in the event there is limited supply, no return policy, limited vehicles similar to that in the area, etc. It does not happen that often but every now and again very select parts do need to be pre-ordered and purchased. Our team works hard and they want to keep customers happy and coming back, there days are not enjoyable when customers are upset.

I literally told the guy to order the part.....the day OF THE 1ST APPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This is totally completely on your service department. The policy WAS NOT the problem. execution of the policy was!
