Since moving to the new building in Hiawatha service has improved immensely. Brianna went above and beyond to make the experience pleasing. Very efficient and very good communication skills. Wes was super helpful and patient with us while we chose our perfect vehicle. There were a few issues with it, but they are fixing those for us and even provided a loaner in the meantime all at no cost to u our perfect vehicle. There were a few issues with it, but they are fixing those for us and even provided a loaner in the meantime all at no cost to us. The only thing I would change is how pushy the finance department is with the warranties when we try to politely decline and move on the finance portion takes up WAY too much time of buying a new car at McGrath in my opinion, but the sales team has always been great to us. More

Both the salesman (Brennan Howe) and sales manager (Jamie Butts) were very upfront and honest. Overall it was a great experience and really enjoy working with these two guys. Very happy with my purchase and will be back for my next truck. More

If You Want to Be Treated Well Go Someplace Else Bought a used 2013 Mustang from McGrath Ford and was assured several times over the phone that it had a clean Carfax report. After a four hour drive t Bought a used 2013 Mustang from McGrath Ford and was assured several times over the phone that it had a clean Carfax report. After a four hour drive to the dealership in a one-way rental I asked to see the Carfax report and found that it had been flagged due to a discrepancy on the mileage that indicated possible rollback. I was not pleased but I was over 200 miles from home so I bought the car anyway. Fast forward two weeks and I get a call from the dealership telling me my check was returned. Checked my bank balance and ascertained that there was more than sufficient to cover the check so I called back and offered to either write a new check or they could redeposit the first check and it would clear. The dealership refused to do that and insisted that I overnight a certified check to them, the expense for both which came out of my own pocket. This is a pretty crappy way to treat a customer over what essentially was a bank error which I immediately tried to resolve the second I was informed of it. As is usually the case with large car dealerships it’s all about the almighty dollar and not the customer. What the xxxx ever happened to giving the customer the benefit of the doubt? I will not buy another car from this dealership chain and cannot in good faith recommend McGrath Ford. More
