A native of Kansas City, Missouri, Adam Quint earned his BA from College of the Ozarks, majoring in Psychology, Sociology and Social Work. While Adam has been representing Hyundai since 2005 and can tell you all you ever want to know about your new Hyundai, just ask Adam about baseball! In 1993, Adam pitched in the NJCAA Division II World Series where he led the nation in saves, compiling a 1.33 ERA. Clearly, Adam excels on the baseball field and he also is an outdoorsman who takes weekend time for camping, canoeing and fishing. Great Service. No Pressure. Highly Responsive. Staff was responsive and proactive the minute we walked into the dealership. Most importantly though, they weren't pushy or pressuring us to make decisions. They listened to our requests and when they offered us options we didn't want, we only had to decline once. As a young woman, they treated me with respect and spoke to me as the customer, instead of deferring to my male relative. When I was struggling to pick between brands, they suggested a 24 hour test drive. I called ahead 10 minutes and they had the car pulled out of the showroom and waiting for me, making the experience extremely efficient and hassel-free. They were willing to negotiate on price with limited sales pitch. It is worth noting that their Finance man, Chris, was incredible. He problem solved for us, no questions asked. Was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We were in and out of his office in ten minutes, and it was a most pleasant experience. More
