Holy cow! I can not say enough good things about this dealership and its employees! I live over 40+ minutes away and after having a new 2012 Elantra for a little over six months I decided that I wanted a dealership and its employees! I live over 40+ minutes away and after having a new 2012 Elantra for a little over six months I decided that I wanted an upgrade to the same car but the Limited. There was no way that I was going anywhere else besides Northtowne. I had been e-mailing Adam saying that we needed to make this work and how could I keep my payments low. He had me come up and appraised my leased car and gave me top dollar for my lease and a very VERY generous price on my new 2013 Elantra Limited. He had me test drive the Limited so I could enjoy all of the new features I would be getting and explained how everything would work. They did not have the color I wanted in stock so Adam went out of his way to call another dealership and secure the car for me in the color that I wanted, plus it had some extra features that the car I test drove did not have. The GM made a special trip and picked up the car for me and had it waiting when I came in to pick it up. These guys really know how to go above and beyond to make a customer feel special. Working with Adam was a breeze and he made me feel very comfortable. Please do not waste your time going anywhere else besides Northtowne. They will treat you right and make sure you get the car of your dreams, at a price you can afford. Specifically, ask for Adam Quint he will work with you to do whatever it takes to get you into the car you want. Plus, he's a huge Royals fans and does special things like customer appreciation and will set you up with some Royal's tickets!! More

We live 80+ miles away and Torry handled our questions over the phone. He gave me his best prices on a new Santa Fe and our trade in that would later be verified after looking at our car's condition. Their offer was very agreeable for me to drive that distance and when we showed up, not only did they keep their word but the car we liked was sold underneath us so they went and got us another car before we even showed up w/ more options and they kept the same price. Adam went over the car/paperwork with us, did our test drive, encouraged us to drive in different environments and was knowledgeable and friendly. Seemed like a tag team for these two and it worked well. More

Was an overall great experience. Started out by talking to them through email, scheduling a time to come up and look at a car. They are all very friendly, no one was pushy. They let me take my time, look over everything, ask a bunch of questions and go back and forth over things repeatedly, all without getting impatient or irritable. Test drive was good. They know the cars well, can explain all the features and safety, but you don't feel like they're trying to cram things down your throat for a sale, just informative. Told them I was just looking that night, and they didn't try to push me into a car at all. Came back the next week to buy. Adam was very helpful and easy to deal with. He worked with me on the price, incentives, color, everything. They are willing and ready to do what it takes to get you the best price and deal, and get you into a car. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Talked to several other dealerships during the process and Northtowne was the only one I didn't get a "sleazy car dealer" feeling from at all. Extremely helpful and friendly, they made the process as easy and painless as possible. Would definitely recommend. Would definitely go back again when I'm ready for my next car. Adam and Torry were both great to deal with. I'd recommend the internet sales team for sure. More
