We have done business with them for 20 years, as they have always serviced my cars. They were the first dealership that I visited for the purchase of my new car. . . it was extremely high pressured, and they wanted me to commit that day. With my loyalty to them, I didn't feel like I was treated with respect. It was such a difference at your dealership, as they truly wanted me to make the right decision. You have earned my business, and look forward to having the relationship in servicing my new car! My car didn't come with an owners manual, and that would be convenient to have in the car. You were so kind to say, you would try to find a manual for my Impala. Thank you Adam and Jacob for your thoughtfulness and going that extra mile! You are appreciated! More
