This is my first experience with this dealer. I came in a few times to check out their inventory and test drive a few different trucks, During that time, the team was great, no one pressured me, and answe a few times to check out their inventory and test drive a few different trucks, During that time, the team was great, no one pressured me, and answered all of my questions. After selecting the truck I wanted, the team was able to find one at port, with all the features I was looking for. There were some issues with delivery (not the dealers fault) and there was some repair needed. The only criticism I have is that at that point no one on their team took the lead to keep me informed as to when the truck would be ready to pick up - I had to call in a few times to get updates from various people. Adam ended up helping me, which allowed me to get the truck. Although it still needs to be painted, I am very happy with it. More

I have never dealt with such a shady and dishonest company in my entire life. They made me a deal and then went back on every word of their agreement. Ezra and Fred were very unprofessional. I spoke with several dealerships about my situation with this dealership and everyone was in shock at what was going on. I had signed a sales contract got approved for the loan and booked a flight to go pick up the vehicle and then they back tracked on basically every word. They were going to charge me a higher interest rate then I was approved for and when asked if I could bring in my own financing they said no and backed out of the deal and said they didn't want to sell the vehicle to me. So I am not out of a vehicle period, out $300.00 on airfare and have to continue to search for a new one. Do no recommend every purchasing through this dealership ever. More
