Found a Jeep Wrangler online on AutoTrader that this dealership had for sale. Called ahead and Adam had the Jeep parked and ready out front for me to look at and test drive when I got there. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable which eased my anxiety about going through the whole car purchase process. When it came to finances, I had pulled some pre-approvals beforehand and had an estimate on the rates I was looking at with my credit. To my surprise, Chris was able to find me a rate at almost half of what I was expecting to get! I am still honestly stoked about it and could not be more grateful to them. I was very hesitant about having my CR shotgunned out to all the lenders, as I’m still in a rebuild phase, and Chris kept his word and did not step out from what I was comfortable with. Overall a very good car buying experience. Drove out of there with the Wrangler and, excited for all the new adventures I’ll get to take it on! Definitely a dealership that puts the customers first. Working with Adam while purchasing a used Tahoe from McLoughlin Chevrolet was good. Adam was very easy to work with and felt he was very honest about the vehicle we purchased. We traded in our Malibu t McLoughlin Chevrolet was good. Adam was very easy to work with and felt he was very honest about the vehicle we purchased. We traded in our Malibu that we had purchased from them previously and I felt they gave us fair trade in for it towards the Tahoe. Also since we had forgotten to take the Malibu Title and other items needed with us to finalize the deal Adam went above and beyond instead of us having to make the 2 hour round trip back he drove out to our place and picked up the title. Only reason for eliminating a 5 star rating is we felt a dealership ( nothing against Adam) should make sure the vehicle fuel isn't on the low warning before you leave and also that it has two keys not just one since a second one costs a couple hundred dollars to get made up. More
