Alex Ramos was beyond thorough in outlining our options for the purchase of Extended Warranty coverage. He went to great lengths to stress the wisdom in purchasing additional coverage that we could not afford which left us feeling somewhat less enthusiastic about the transaction. Alex needs improvement in hearing & accepting the word, “No” from future customers. If we could have, we would have & our decision not to should not have to be repeatedly defended. An "Adam" employee Adam greeted us in the parking. I knew I wanted a used car. Adam was there to make it happen! His knowledge of the vehicle, made the process so much Adam greeted us in the parking.
