I had an automated reply to my last review. It said it was from "the owner" and they wanted me to call and "regain their trust". No phone number or name. So I called, told the person who answered my nam was from "the owner" and they wanted me to call and "regain their trust". No phone number or name. So I called, told the person who answered my name, why I was calling, and I wanted to speak with an owner. She asked what department I was calling about, I told her and she said she would transfer me to them. I told her I don't want to talk to the service manager, she said they would find the Director for me. After 4 rings, I got the voice mail for the advisor I worked with, I did not leave a message because he cannot help me. If they want to refund the $100 paid that I do not feel I should have had to pay, they know who I am and they have my phone number. I am done. More

Visited Quebedeaux to get my truck serviced and Adam was my advisor. He was friendly and knowledgeable and the services I asked for were performed in a timely manner. After leaving, two of my hub caps cam my advisor. He was friendly and knowledgeable and the services I asked for were performed in a timely manner. After leaving, two of my hub caps came off due to not being reinstalled properly by the technician. I called Adam and he immediately offered to replace them free of charge. More
