We were having an oil change, tire rotation and a recall done. They told us it was you going to be 3 hours or less and it turned out to be almost 3 and half hours. The problem was that they would not comes out to let us know the stays or give us a reason for the delay. We had to go look for the service advisor to get an update. It seems like there were a lot of people walking around having coffee while paying customer were waiting for their car. We prepaid our services so we have no choice to continue going there.
