None of those transactions were handled in nearly as professional a manner as this one. All the people I dealt with at Porsche Chandler were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The sales negotiation was low key, without undue pressure from the sales associate or his manager. After we made a deal, the dealer promptly arranged to have my new vehicle shipped from the out-of-state dealership which had it in stock. Thereafter, the folks at Chandler Porsche promptly added the dealer extras I purchased and prepared the car for delivery. The delivery experience was unrushed and informative. Without a doubt, my purchase of the Boxster S from Chandler Porsche was the best car-buying experience of my life. More

Great buying experience, even better car My wife and I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 20 years, we were due for an upgrade from our 97 4Runner. After extensive research, we decided on a Macan My wife and I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 20 years, we were due for an upgrade from our 97 4Runner. After extensive research, we decided on a Macan S. We reached out to multiple dealerships via email, Adam from Porsche of Chandler was the first to reply and the most helpful. Subsequently he was always prompt and informative in communicating. Our initial plan of building out a new Macan S didn't work since 2019s weren't yet available and the 2018 run was done. We then changed gears and test drove a used, CPO 2018 GTS in the sapphire blue we were interested in. We fell in love and Adam made the buying experience as minimally painful as possible. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and non-pressured. Helps when what you're selling is such a high quality product. We appreciated Adam and Ginger staying late on Friday night to help finalize the purchase (with no pushy upselling). When the car was ready (after window tinting and detailing), Adam delivered it to our house in North Scottsdale (40 minutes away), in time for us to take it up to Sedona for Thanksgiving. That confirmed their commitment to high end customer service. And our new blue stallion is fantastic! Few things in life live up to the expectations, our Macan GTS exceeded them. More

Sales manager Scott Jenkins was extremely accommodating to my numerous requests for information as I kept changing my mind on vehicles. I was also assisted by two very knowledgeable sales professionals, Adam Frank and Emil Najar and lastly Ginger D'Anna, who handled the finance details. I basically got a good vibe all around from everyone at the dealership and felt that I got a great price on the Macan. In January we test dro We live in the Tucson area, the local dealer wouldn't deal in 2008 for my Cayman purchase. I went to Scottsdale and they would. In January we test drove a Macan at the Tucson Dealer. I was interested in one with the PAS option. The salesman had no idea what that was until I explained it to him! So I was receiving Chandler e mails since their opening. I went to their website, picked Adam, wrote an email. Turns out there was only one Macan with PAS in the USA for sale! We would have to order if we wanted the PAS option. We negotiated price on an ordered car, I didn't expect that (dealers discount what's on the lot not on a order). Several e mails later it was ordered and deposit via credit card all by e mail! Six or eight weeks later we drove up to Chandler to meet Adam for the first time. He's respectful, genuine, caring, thorough, made us feel very comfortable. We still had another 6-8 weeks for it to arrive at the dealership. We picked it up yesterday, what a wonderful machine! The experience was unmatched, they are ready to do business, make it a pleasant experience, make you a customer/friend for life. Really! I can't believe Adam was able to put up with me, there aren't many like him........ More
