Beginning as a service porter in the early 2000s, he transitioned into a technician role before moving into parts management in 2013, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both vehicle systems and dealership operations. Adam's technical background allows him to accurately identify parts, troubleshoot issues, and support technicians with efficiency and precision.
