He made sure that I found the car I was looking for and that it had all my must haves. When I walked in, Adam immediately approached me with open arms and listened to my friend and I’s car needs. I felt like I was welcomed into comfy and cosy atmosphere, like a friend’s home. Adam was so kind and helpful during the entire process. I was helping a friend buy a car and Adam laid out every single option for us to get what we needed in finance options. He found the exact car we wanted with ease. No price gouging, no crazy interest rates. Only honesty, integrity, and kindness. Adam went the distance to make sure we were happy and took the time to make a surprise unrevealing to my friend’s wife. Then took the time to show her the entire vehicle in and out. There is a reason Adam Dean has over 600 reviews and 5 stars. When my car was totaled in an accident, I needed to secure a new car. I know I wanted a Mazda 3 and didn't want to play the frustrating 'car s stars. When my car was totaled in an accident, I needed to secure a new car. I know I wanted a Mazda 3 and didn't want to play the frustrating 'car salesman' game. I went to one dealer and got the same old runaround and pressure to make decisions I didn't want. On the way home from that dealer, I called Colonial Mazda in Danbury and was lucky enough to talk to Adam Dean. He guaranteed me he had a car and that I could put money down on the car I wanted and made sure it would be there when I got the compensation for my totaled car. It was a long frustrating wait to get my check and the only person who kept me happy and sane during the process was Adam Dean who assured me that whenever I got my check he would be there and so would the car. During my test drive he went way above and beyond and we went far out of the way of the normal route and we drove around my childhood neighborhood where I haven't been to in years. Instead of feeling 'robbed' at a car dealership, or feeling upset that I was 'duped' or 'swindeled' I felt like I had someone watching my back and making sure I got the best deal. By the end of the process I felt like I had a friend. Two weeks after the sale he texted me to ask how I liked the car. I can't wait for my first service so I can thank him again. I wouldn't be surprised if we got lunch in the future. I don't think many people can say that about most car salesmen but Colonial Mazda in Danbury and Adam Dean are for real. This is the car dealership everyone should model theirs after. The reviews are absolutely legit. If you, like me, thought all car dealerships were shady, dirty, and full of high pressure tactics, take solace in the fact that there is at least one dealership in the world that will treat you with respect, be completely straight up with you, make buying a car actually a FUN experience, let you tell them what you want and do their best to get it for you, and will work tirelessly to get you the car, this is the place. I can't thank everyone there enough (but especially Adam Dean) for making a very stressful situation into a fantastic experience. More
