I lost confidence in the car so traded it in on a new car from the dealership. The service manager Jill is great and I know they are trying to improve. I don't know if it is an issue between corporate getting info to dealers, training or just technicians rushing through jobs to get paid. It is the closest dealer to me and they know my frustrations and lack of trust. I am undecided to continue to use them or not. More
