I am a woman who has acquired a lot of knowledge through these 21 years in the automotive industry (7 years with Chrysler and 14 years with General Motors.) For women it is not easy because we have to compete with many men. For many years I was the only woman selling vehicles at Beck & Masten South, but today there are more women selling vehicles because it is shown that women also have the abilities to do so. One of the things that I am very clear about is that to be successful, is to be able to have good communication with clients and see their needs. As a professional, it is clear that my ultimate goal is for the client to be completely satisfied. If you are looking for a vehicle I will be here willing to meet my goal.

Dealership is always clean and social distanceing is always practiced. The sales department goes over and beyond to satisfy everyone. The service department is second to none. For starters, the description of the vehicle on the website and on shared websites should have been accurate, including price. Secondly, the sales agent should have not lied about the advertised price website and on shared websites should have been accurate, including price. Secondly, the sales agent should have not lied about the advertised price being for certain customers only in an effort to raise the price by at least $1500. Third, I felt scammed when I argued for the advertised price and the sales agent acted as if I was getting a deal but then said I would have to purchase ELO insurance/theft protection. It was as if because I demanded the price as advertised that they added this additional fee saying it was mandatory but could not show me proof in writing. Mind you the vehicle I purchased had several thousand miles on it so It was not brand new and I didn’t care for this ELO addition placed on by the dealership for their own benefit. This is the second vehicle purchase I made from Beck m Masten within a year but I will be taking my business elsewhere after making sure my reviews hit every platform possible to bring awareness to these type of situations.
