I came in knowing what I wanted and the terms of the lease that I'd researched previously. They did not try to haggle or throw our different terms. They were courteous, professional and fast. I was in and out with a new Ioniq 9 lease within 2 hours. In particular, Ms. Olena was very kind and accommodating. She even called/texted me a couple of days later to make sure I was satisfied. 5 star experience! More
