I picked up my car today and this is the first time taking my car there for anything motor related. First my car is a 2014 Expedition with over 170k miles, it was making noise and shaking, I've had se taking my car there for anything motor related. I am beyond pleased not only with the work on my car but also my salesman Tommy, the entire experience was great, easy to deal with, explained everything and I'm very happy with the work. Very dishonest dealership. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there to buy a car. They list cars low then tack on thousands in hidden fees. Then they lied to us, saying we weren’t the first ones to test drive it but our salesman had to get the car from the shop because it just got done with its inspection. Been shopping for vehicles for a couple weeks. These folks advertise through autotrader and cars.com. So they are on internet, but wont deal with you unless you are on site. Puts up so many red flags for me that its hard to trust them when they are not transparent and using typical sales tactics. All I want is an honest dealer that doesn't charge extra fees. I could just tell by the woman I was talking to that I didnt want to do business with this dealer. She was rude and pushy. More
