Not sure how these ppl are in business. I called to buy a 2020 BMW M8. All I wanted was a purchase order so I can buy the vehicle. They wouldn't give me price over the phone. Igor Levit was three days into his employment with Ford and was very pleasant to work with. Even though being new he was still learning the product, he never hesitated to take questions to his colleagues t and was very pleasant to work with. Even though being new he was still learning the product, he never hesitated to take questions to his colleagues to gain the clarity that we needed to make a purchase. He also went to Finance at least 5 times to work on getting the monthly payment closer to where we wanted to be. Overall it was very nice meeting and closing the deal with him.
