I came in to trade my pick up truck for something smaller and had talked to the sales rep and told him what I was looking for. It was close to closing time and it was a little rushed but was able to make the and had talked to the sales rep and told him what I was looking for. The rear tail light on the car I traded for had no right tail lights working and now the car is in the shop gave me a loaner car and it wasn’t very easy to get because it was last minute but was able to get one and now it’s being repaired from what they told me. I will have to update this after I get my car back More

Don't fall for it, the prices are too good to be true, because they're not. The used vehicle inventory had a lot of cosmetic damage that a dealership level reseller would typically fix. Various cracked and broken parts that should be replaced. The amount of hidden cosmetic defects made me suspicious of the less easily seen mechanical items. The vehicles were also not well cleaned. Our salesman would be surprised when we walked out to a vehicle and found it dirty or damaged. Even if you find one you like, after very carefully looking it over, then you find out why the prices look so good. There are literally well over $10k in fees that get tacked on. And on top of that, they can only do the listed price (+crazy fees) if you finance through them. Our particular sales guy was very nice, if a little lacking in knowledge, but after we declined to pursue any vehicles then his manager came out and that guy was the epitome of push sleezy care salesman. That sealed the deal on never going back, if the poorly maintained vehicles and crazy hidden fees didn't already do that.. More

Terrible! Do not buy from here! I made an appointment at 12:00pm via phone and email with a vehicle picked out and ready to pay full price with cash in hand. Do not buy from here! I made an appointment at 12:00pm via phone and email with a vehicle picked out and ready to pay full price with cash in hand. We did not leave with the car for five hours! Worse yet, the battery on the EV car was completely flat when we arrived and the car was very dirty inside and out. I helped push this car by hand over to the charging station. It's the only car I have ever pushed before I ever even drove it. This is definitely the worst car buying experience I have ever had. This should be very embarrassing for any car dealership, but no one seemed to care. Very disappointed, John More

This dealership has a huge inventory any car I could think of they had. Took a minute to find the vehicle but once I drove it Eduardo did the negotiation with me and after a few tries we got to a number think of they had.
