2018 Camry purchase Sales person was great. Finance person was ok which I understand he is trying to make money selling me gap insurance and extended warranty. One com Sales person was great. Finance person was ok which I understand he is trying to make money selling me gap insurance and extended warranty. One complaint: my credit is 860. My finance rate is 5.x% which finance manager would reduce if I bought the above options. I explained that AAA rate is 3.69% for a used 2018 Car. It’s sad that I told the finance manager I will make the 3 payments and then switch the loan over to AAA. Why not keep my loan and honor the AAA rate? My previous 6 Toyota’s have been financed thru Toyota Financial. Sad you will not change my loan rate to AAA and with a credit rating of 860 due to the finance manager would make less money. More
