Great professional service & pepoples. O’daniel flunks warranties/service test. 1,5 years ago my grandson bought 07 Honda Pilot from them, we also purchased best & most expensive extended w O’daniel flunks warranties/service test. 1,5 years ago my grandson bought 07 Honda Pilot from them, we also purchased best & most expensive extended warranty policy. Since then, Pilot had 3 major problems. Each & every time an attempt to get repair completed satisfactory were unsuccessful. In desperation my grandson contacted Warranty company & finally got permission to take the Pilot to different dealer. We went to Superior Honda of Omaha.=, they don’t use this warranty insurance company, but worked with them & proceeded to make the needed repair, furnished the loaner vehicle & now the Pilot safe & reliable. Thanks to extra efforts from Superior Honda including Brian (Service manager), Mitch V., Larry G & Abdul S.... O’daniel flanked the test & Superior Honda of Omaha gets an A+.
