I took my car in for a repair that I believe should have taken an hour to perform. I set up a 10:30 appointment and when I got to the dealership I was told my car would not be service till around noon or 12 taken an hour to perform. I did not hear from the dealership for the rest of the day and after 6:00 when I call back they said my car was still not repaired but they could do nothing about it. I was told to call back and the service department was supposed to open at 7:00 a.m. but nobody answered the phone anywhere at the dealership till 8:00 a.m. and I was still told that my car was not ready to go. I should have been told the night before that my car was not ready to go so that I could make other plans for transportation the next day. I was not very happy with the service. More
