I purchased a 2022 Tacoma from Findlay Toyota on May 12th and then had Findlay DMV Services handle my DMV registration. Well obviously this agency hires complete incompetent idiots who can’t follow simple in and then had Findlay DMV Services handle my DMV registration. Well obviously this agency hires complete incompetent idiots who can’t follow simple instructions. When I purchased my Tacoma I gave their DMV service folks a copy of my credit card and last night when I got off of work my wife texted me and said this incompetent agency charged her credit card not mine as I told them to charge mine and not hers. This put my wife’s account in overdraft and I am extremely irritated that this agency who handles several cars a day can’t figure out which card to charge and what other card not to charge. I purchased two cars in a months time from this dealer and my wife’s car they charged for her registration no problem’ then when it came time for my Tacoma registration they charged her card again ‘ even after I had given them my credit card and did not authorize them to use my wife’s credit card. Total incompetent employees working for John Barr. I am praying mr Barr will do the right thing and reimburse my wife’s credit card and paying any overdraft fees that come out of my wife’s credit card and charge the right credit card in the first place. I am a VIP returning customer’ but if they don’t make it right for their total screw up I won’t ever purchase another vehicle from this agency again. I also will be contacting my attorney to file suit against Findlay if need be. This whole ordeal has been a complete disaster on their part and I pray they will make it right asap. More

After my third car purchasing experience from this dealer I will not purchase another vehicle. The service staff is very rude and disrespectful when bringing your vehicle in, especially one that you just pur I will not purchase another vehicle. The service staff is very rude and disrespectful when bringing your vehicle in, especially one that you just purchased. The only professional service I got was from the service manager’s nobody in the sales department or financing department communicates with one another or the banks. It was pretty sad when I had to keep reaching out to the bank and the dealer because paperwork was missing and or wasn’t sent over in a correct or timely manner. And I only had under six days left of my dealer placard. But after communicating myself with the bank and the dealership and another finance manager that was not even working on my deal to begin with the correct paperwork was sent over and my deal was finally finished. I will no longer be using Findlay Toyota for any service needs my car will require, and I will never purchase another vehicle from here again. More

Best sales person in Henderson This is my 3rd toyota in 1 year. Always come back to same sales person “Aaron”. He knows what we need and very quick service. We are very busy and don’t wanna waste time in dealership for negotiation. He try to get best number as possible to us as soon as we ask for deal. After service is always good. Good follow up. This time, we didn’t get floor mats and navigation set up because we visit deal before closing time. But we don’t worry, Aaron will take care of everything. I recommend this deal and sales person. More
