He answered a series of questions in a pleasant and thorough manner. He gave us the opportunity to go home and think about the vehicles and even asked when it would be a good time to get back to us--not a pushy person at all. He allowed us to drive both vehicles and talked to us about our budget. Aaron Glaze followed up with the monetary end of the transaction. He was very good about explaining warranty options, and went an extra mile to help us verify that the warranty could work for us as we desired. The good news is I found another and work with Steve Rettig who never pushed or pressured us to make a decision. It took us a while (week) to finally get the test drive, mechanic check and purchasing done but it was worth the wait. Nice vehicle, reasonable price and patient sales staff.
