He was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed working with him. We recommend him to friends and family. However, when we were turned over to the F&I guy, things didn’t go so well. When we declined to purchase the service contract, he became insulting and insisted on knowing why we wouldn’t purchase it. We were very put off by his overall demeanor. More

Definitely have to say I was originally working with Andy Mohr Chevy in Plainfield IN. and had, probably one of the worst salesman I have come across. Huge error on their website versus what was on the lot and the guys excuse was we are all human and we make mistakes. Never any apologies or sorry for the error.
