Overall the best dealership experience we have ever had. From the initial communication through texting with J.T. Horlacher to driving up and working with James Comer to make the deal, it was very positiv From the initial communication through texting with J.T. I appreciated the walk around introduction to the car, making sure I was familiar with all the features before the test drive. James was careful to address all questions and concerns. Aaron Glaze the finance officer was EXTREMELY patient with us while deciding warranty options. Buying a car is a time consuming process, and stressful, but everyone was great. I will say, the only negative: my car WAS smoked in. Not excessively, but enough to have soaked into the fabrics. Destiny meticulously detailed, cleaned, and deodorized the car, it was very clean the day of purchase. Unfortunately the following day, the smell of cigarette smoke was evident. I do not believe they intentionally tried to decieve me about it being a smoke free vehicle, however, if the smell doesn't come out, it is still my car for the foreseeable future. With that being said, I will go back to Champion Chevrolet in the future, I will recommend Champion to my friends. I shopped for a car for a full year, from all the researching, test driving, contacting different dealerships, Champion is BY FAR the best I found. More

I found my vehicle online marked at 39061. I drove to the lot and met with Sydney Brown (who did an outstanding job). I test drove a similar truck and returned the next day with my wife. When negotiations began, I was given a quote from the MSRP of 47,000. Whoever Sydney had to speak with eventually came back and told us that GM pushes the price from the internet and sales staff has to go back and reset the price. This is not the customer issue and the price that I found should have been honored. We did get the price close to the internet price. When it came to finalizing the paperwork, we had to work with Aaron Glaze. We explained to Sydney several times that we were in a hurry due to our daughter moving away and we wanted to spend a little time with her. Aaron didn't seem to concerned. He seemed agitated that we didn't finance through their dealership. We then explained that we were not going to purchase any additional add-ons. We then advised him again that we were in a hurry. He told us that he would be rather be at home flipping burgers. Once the paperwork was signed, I left his office and he didn't say anything at all. Several people in the showroom thanked us for buying a truck from the dealership, but Aaron couldn't be bothered. A few days later, I was contacted by my bank and advised that I had to re-sign the check after they mailed a new one to me because it wasn't signed by the dealership. This meant that I had to drive back to the lot to take a document that was already delivered once. The only way I would go back to this dealership is so work with Sydney. More
